
Delhi -- India’s major ports saw a near 6 per cent y-o-y increase in traffic for the April-June FY26 period at 220 million tonnes (MT). This was driven primarily by increased container handling, which rose 11 per cent y-o-y to 51.4 million tonnes, and raw fertiliser imports that went up 19 per cent to 2.6 million tonnes.
