

New Delhi - NITI Aayog has launched the Platform for Aggregating Clean Transport (PACT) to strengthen freight-demand aggregation and accelerate the deployment of zero-emission trucks across India. The platform was unveiled at the 5th e-FAST India Summit in New Delhi on September 7.
PACT is designed to bring together shippers, logistics service providers, truck manufacturers, charging companies, financiers and other stakeholders to create stronger demand signals for electric freight vehicles. By aggregating demand, the platform aims to improve investment visibility and support faster deployment along key freight corridors.
