Hamburg - On the sidelines of SMM Hamburg 2026, the Indian delegation comprising Shri Vijay Kumar, IAS, Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW); Shri Vipul Singhal, Director, MoPSW; and Shri Pradeep Sudhakar, Chief Ship Surveyor, DGMA, held a series of engagements with key maritime stakeholders in Hamburg.
