Old PPP Cargo Terminals at Major Ports seek pricing freedom on par with new Terminals

New Delhi - Private cargo terminal operators such as DP World, PSA International, A P M Terminals and JSW Infrastructure running facilities at state-owned major ports before pricing freedom was introduced in 2021 post the enactment of a new law, have urged the government to approve norms allowing them to migrate to the free pricing regime for a level playing field.
