Navi Mumbai - At GTI [APM Terminals Mumbai], we are committed to a “best in class” customer experience. We believe in going that extra mile to connect and serve our customers, informs a recent communique from the company.  “To support this GTI recently organized “Voice of Customer” workshops to engage with shipping lines, CFSs and transporters to understand their pain areas and identify appropriate solutions to facilitate continuous movement of cargo.”

“It was interesting to witness the cross collaboration amongst stake holders, discussing the finer points and improvement areas for GTI to become the world's best terminal company. 

The workshops were success, with around 34 participants attending with an open mind and common objective of smoothening the logistic supply chain. Customers shared their opinions, suggestions, and expectations transparently. The highlight was a co-creation session at the end of each workshop wherein important issues were identified and possible solutions were discussed in the forum itself. This collaborative exchange of ideas fostered a sense of partnership amongst all stakeholders.
