Dahej - In a major push to enhance regional connectivity and strengthen the logistics network, the Dahej Industrial Association (DIA) has begun assessing the feasibility of helicopter services connecting Vadodara, Surat, Ahmedabad and the Dahej industrial estate. Parallelly, the association is also studying new sea cargo routes between Dahej, Mumbai and Hazira.

The proposals were unveiled during DIA’s three-day workshop “Uttkarsh-2: DIA Vision 2035”, which commenced on Wednesday. The initiatives have been termed significant breakthroughs, promising faster mobility for executives, better emergency-response capabilities, smoother cargo movement and reduced burden on existing road networks.
