New Delhi - CBIC has instructed Customs authorities nationwide to expedite the release of goods imported under FTAs. These orders are particularly issued with reference to imports being made under third-party invoicing.

Importers were earlier facing delays in release of imports made under FTAs and even the duty concession benefits related to FTAs were denied.
