Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) achieved a new milestone in cargo handling

Visakhapatnam - In a significant achievement, Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) has set a new benchmark by berthing a Trans-Pacific (TP) mother vessel with the highest-ever container carrying capacity recorded at the port. The newly berthed vessel boasts a massive capacity of 15,486 TEUs, surpassing the earlier record of 15,256 TEUs set by MSC Monica Christina in May 2024.
