New Delhi - It is not just a 100-day proposal to boost trade. The Department of Commerce is working on a five-year action plan to provide the building blocks for attaining the goal of $2 trillion exports of goods and services by 2030 which will build on the 100-day agenda road-map of the government and go beyond, sources said.
