Ahmedabad - In line with of providing transit assurance to customers, the container corporation of India( CONCOR), has added another feather in its cap by dispatching a train with 45x40 light weight containers from ICD DADRI( Near Delhi) TO Mundra via Kathuwas MMLP. The dedicated freight rail services for retail customers was flagged off on August 25, 2021. Run once a week on Wednesday, the train carrying multicarrier Mearsk SCM containers will cover a distance from Dadri to Mundra in a assured transit time of 60 Hours . This service has been run in collaboration with Maersk India Retail. All the Retail & Lifestyle customers can utilize this new Rail service The flagging off was graced by Mr Sanjay Swarup, Director , International Marketing and Operations , CONCOR & Mr Zeeshan Mukhi Director from Mearsk India in presence of top officials from CONCOR & MEARSK India.
