MUMBAI : Shri Yashodhan A. Wanage, IRS (Customs & Central Excise:1995) assumed charge as Deputy Chairman, Mumbai Port Trust with effect from 21st March, 2015.
Before joining Mumbai Port Trust, Shri Yashodhan Wanage has held the various important positions including that of Director General of Service Tax from June 2012.
He was Zonal Director of Narcotics Central Bureau, Ministry of Homes Affairs (March, 2008 - May, 2012), Dy. Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (January 2003 - June 2005).
Shri Yashodhan A. Wanage is B Tech. from IIT, Mumbai.
He has received a number of awards and honors during his earlier tenures.
