BEIJING: On November 1, 2021, China COSCO SHIPPING Corporation Limited (COSCO SHIPPING) held a general meeting for management personnel. The changes of Senior officers in COSCO SHIPPING were announced during the meeting: Mr. Wan Min is appointed Chairman of COSCO SHIPPING, while Capt. Xu Lirong is no longer holding the current position. Procedures will follow to implement this change in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
