VPA : New Milestone of handling Largest Container Vessel “MSC Teresa”

VISAKHAPATNAM : The Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) have created history by handling MSC TERESA, the largest ever Container Vessel to call at any Indian Port on the East Coast (with LOA 365.50 mtrs. & Beam is 51.2 mtrs.) on the Early Hours of 03.05.2024 with Capacity of 14604 TEU’s, according to a post on X.

The vessel was berthed at VCTPL by Capt. T. Ravi Kiran & Capt. R. C. Sarma, Dock Masters under the Captainship of Dy. Conservator Sri T. Srinivas.
