Tuticorin - V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority has registered a healthy rise in sulphuric acid traffic during the ongoing financial year. Between April and August 2025-26, the port handled 2,40,127 tonnes of sulphuric acid, reflecting a 14.14% increase compared to 2,10,371 tonnes in the corresponding period of 2024-25.
