Turicorin - V.O. Chidambaranar (V.O.C.) Port is expected to attract investments worth ₹1 lakh crore during the upcoming India Maritime Week 2025 in Mumbai, according to Susanta Kumar Purohit, Chairman of the V.O.C. Port Authority.

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Purohit said that investment proposals worth over ₹10 lakh crore from maritime industry leaders are likely to be signed at the event, scheduled from October 27 to 31.
