MUMBAI: Having received one of the highest number of share applications on NSE Emerge platform, Total Transport Systems made a strong debut on its listing day by clocking a 20 percent upper circuit on 7th August 2017. The share price closed at Rs. 54 as against the issue price of Rs. 45.
The Promoters of company - Mr Makarand Pradhan, Mr Sanjiv Potnis and Mr Shrikant Nibandhe jointly rang the opening bell for its listing on NSE Emerge in the presence of company officials, NSE officials among others members from the trade.
It is noteworthy to mention here that this IPO was oversubscribed by almost 130 times considering the strong pedigree of its promoters.
