According to a press release, the acquisition of Chandra CFS from its parent company Gateway Distriparks Ltd. is now complete and Teamglobal Logistics has acquired all its assets, people along with operating customer contracts. The business henceforth will operate under the Brand of “Globicon Terminals” with Vivek Kele and Nityam Khosla being the new Directors of the reconstituted Board. Globicon Terminals, Chennai, operated by Chandra CFS and Terminal Operators with its strategic location offers an exciting opportunity to strengthen and expand our services in South India and this will certainly compliment the presence of Teamglobal Logistics in the multiple segments  that it operates.

Teamglobal Logistics, a company established in the year 2005, is an integrated logistics service provider with 18 offices across India and International presence in Kenya, Tanzania and Bangladesh. Its services cover segments like Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Project Cargo, Coastal Shipping, Transportation, Equipment Leasing and CFS Operations.

At present the CFS activity is carried out at port of Nhava Sheva and hinterland location of Hyderabad.
