NEW DELHI: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways for the entrustment of the additional charge of the post of Chairperson (JS level), Visakhapatnam Port Authority to 1991-batch IAS officer of Tamil Nadu cadre T.K. Ramachandran.
T.K. Ramachandran is presently holding the post of Chairperson, V.O Chidambaranar Port Authority for six months w.e.f. 01.04.2023 or till the appointment of a new incumbent or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
