Singapore - The Board of Directors of Samudera Shipping Line Ltd (the “Company”), made reference to the announcement made by the Company on 12 May 2023 relating to the acquisition of a new-build liquefied petroleum gas vessel (the “LPG vessel”), wishes to announce that the Company has taken delivery of the LPG vessel on 27 June 2023. Samudera Tankers Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company, has signed addenda to the memorandum of agreement (the “MOA”) to novate all obligations and rights under the MOA to Ocean Ships Investment Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company. The LPG vessel has been renamed to Sinar Toraja.
