Mumbai - Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA) has invited global bids for the development of a full-service Mumbai Marina and integrated waterfront assets under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) model.
The project has an estimated cost of Rs 2,922 crore and will be awarded for a 45-year concession period, according to MbPA’s notice inviting tender issued on October 7, 2026.
The selected concessionaire will operate and maintain 424 wet berths being developed by the port authority, with provision to expand the facility to 696 berths.
