Tokyo - Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Be Forward Co., Ltd. (President: Hironori Yamakawa; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) for pure car carrier book and claim service (Note) for used car transport to Africa. Be Forward is the first customer to use this service, and agreed to promote decarbonization of marine transport by using LNG-fueled vessels through this project. The contract term is 5 years from April 2025.
