MbPA holds interaction on ST Employee Welfare, Reservation policy and Grievance redressal

Mumbai : Shri Antar Singh Arya, Hon’ble Chairperson, National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, Government of India, visited Mumbai Port Authority today in connection with the implementation of Constitutional Safeguards and Reservation Policy for Scheduled Tribes.

The meeting focused on matters concerning Scheduled Tribe employees, including employee welfare, reservation policy, representation, grievance redressal and administrative support. It also provided an opportunity for direct interaction between the National Commission for Scheduled Tribes, Mumbai Port Authority officials and representatives of the Mumbai Port Trust SC, ST and OBC Welfare Association.
