Maersk updates its Far East Asia to Indian Subcontinent service network - FI2 and FI3

MUMBAI: In order to make the supply chain more efficient both in terms of cost and time, day-in and day-out, Maersk has introduced the new FI3, Far East-Indian Subcontinent service.
 
The new FI3 is commencing November 5th, 2020 out of Qingdao. 
The rotation will be: Qingdao - Xingang – Gwangyang – Busan - Tanjung Pelepas – Colombo - JNPT - Pipavav – Colombo - Singapore.
 
With the introduction of these, existing FI2 and FI3 will be terminated.
 
The last westbound sailing of FI2 will be APL COLUMBUS (voyage 201D), estimated to depart from Shanghai October 20th. While the last eastbound sailing will be APL COLUMBUS (voyage 201E), estimated to depart from Jawaharlal Nehru Port, November 10th.
The last westbound sailing of FI3 will be MAERSK SHAMS (voyage 043W), estimated to depart from Dalian October 23rd.While the last eastbound sailing will be MAERSK SHAMS (voyage 047E), estimated to depart from Jawaharlal Nehru Port, November 22nd.
