Mumbai, August 16, 2024 – The JNPT Container Operators Association had  announced a voluntary suspension of their operations beginning on 20th August 2024. This decision came  in response to the ongoing challenges faced by operators at empty container yards, which have significantly impacted their ability to function efficiently.

In light of these developments, Shri Unmesh Wagh, Chairman of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT), swiftly convened a meeting with all key stakeholders to address the concerns.
