Navi Mumbai - JNPA signed an MoU with the Isaac Centre for Public Policy (ICPP), Ashoka University, Delhi, in the august presence of Shri Sarbananda Sonowal, Hon’ble Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways.
