Through an indigenously developed Harbour Management System (HMS), the implementation of iVTS, and the JNPA Pilot Thagaval App, vessel movements, pilotage, and logistics assets were digitally tracked and integrated with national platforms—enhancing decision-making, reducing delays, and elevating JNPA’s global performance benchmarks, informs a recent Port Communique.
