Navi Mumbai - Shri R. Lakshmanan, Joint Secretary, MoPSW, inaugurated the workshop on Unified Port Processes under the Traffic & Cargo Navic Cell for the officials of all the major ports in India organised by JNPA, in the presence of Shri Sri P. L. Haranadh, IRTS, Chairman, PPA, Shri Unmesh Sharad Wagh, IRS, Chairman, JNPA, and Shri Rituraj Mishra, Director, MoPSW.
“This workshop aimed at standardising port processes to improve the user experience, to enhance the overall port performance,” informs a recent communique from JNPA.
