International Finance Corporation (IFC) invests in NDR Smart Spaces to support expansion of Grade A warehousing in India

Washington - International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, has invested in NDR Smart Spaces to support the expansion of Grade A warehousing and social infrastructure across India, with a particular focus on Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

The investment will help NDR Smart Spaces accelerate its existing development pipeline and build high-quality logistics assets in strategic locations. The company plans to develop warehouses designed to the Advanced EDGE green building standard, targeting reductions of up to 40% in energy consumption and 20% in water consumption.
