India must move more cargo by waterways to meet climate change goals, says Sonowal

New Delhi - India will have to ensure that more cargo is transported by waterways than by road and rail if the nation has to combat carbon emissions and meet climate change goals, Sarbananda Sonowal, Union Minister for Ports, Shipping and Waterways has said.
