GANDHIDHAM: India Linx started the domestic movement by using Dry Reefers of MAERSK Line bound for Modinagar at the Kandla International Container Terminal (KICT). The first container arrived on 26th November 2018 at 1217 hours. The full rake would carry 45 x 40 feet dry reefer containers of 26 MT per container carrying Edible Oil. The containers arrived by road from the factory and were offloaded at the Inland Container Depot (ICD) Yard with help of reach stackers.

KICT offers multitudinous opportunities and benefits for its clients such as neat sliding, secure atmosphere, faster turnaround of the rakes, close proximity to the warehouse etc, said a statement from KICT.
