Tashkent - India and Uzbekistan have agreed to significantly deepen strategic cooperation in digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), outer space and regional transport logistics following Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s state visit to Tashkent.

According to a joint statement issued by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) following Modi’s meeting with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the two countries reaffirmed their commitment to expanding bilateral engagement across key technology, infrastructure and connectivity sectors.
