Oslo – The Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal held a bilateral meeting with His Excellency, Terada Yoshimichi, Japan’s Vice Minister for International Affairs, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport & Tourism (MLITT) in Oslo.
