HUDCO signs MoU with JNPA for infra collaboration worth ₹5,000 crore

MUMBAI : Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) to explore cooperation in infrastructure development and project financing at the Jawaharlal Nehru Port.

Under the agreement, both entities will collaborate on existing and upcoming infrastructure projects, including financing and refinancing of port-related initiatives, with an estimated value of ₹5,000 crore.

The MoU was signed in Mumbai on Friday (October 24) by HUDCO Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Kulshrestha and Unmesh Sharad Wagh, IRS.
