MUMBAI : Express Global Logistics Pvt Ltd (EXG)'s Equipment Vertical “Express Equipment Rental & Logistics Pvt. Ltd (EERL) recently executed critical erection with 2 nos. of Mobile Telescopic Cranes - capacity 400 ton & 330 ton (LTM-1400-400 ton) & (Demag HC-920 330T) tandem operation during February 26, 2015 to March 03, 2015 in record time for launching of PSC-I Section Girder (07 Nos.) weighing each 120 MT with span of 33m at elevation of 9 meter at radius 14 meter & 10 meter for respective Cranes on Flyover Bridge construction- at NH-8 Express way at Vadodara Mumbai Highway.
The scope/Description of work for EERL included launching of 7 PSC-I girder varying in Length from 33.5m to 37.5 m and shifting of Girder No. G4 of span P1-P2 by about 2 meters to clear the traffic lane.
