NEW DELHI : The Directorate General of Foreign Trade ( DGFT ) has introduced a correction facility for certain limited amendments in Duty Free Import Authorisations (DFIAs).
The directorate, invoking powers under Paragraphs 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, the DGFT has inserted a new provision, Para 4.53(e), into the Handbook of Procedures (HBP), 2023.
The new provision allows exporters holding unutilized and untransferred DFIAs to apply for system-related and corrective amendments through the online platform using ANF 4G . . .
