


Gandhidham - Deendayal Port Authority handled 132.3 mt of cargo in FY24, compared to the 137.561 mt handled in FY23, but hit the target of 132 mt set by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways for the fiscal year. Deendayal Port handles dry bulk, liquid bulk, oil, and containers, among other cargo. The port is expected to handle 200 mt of cargo by 2030, according to the Maritime India Vision 2030, a ten-year blueprint for the maritime sector.
Deendayal Port has the capacity to handle 269.10 mt of cargo a year.
