


New Delhi - The Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) project is expected to be completed by December 2025, Praveen Kumar, Managing Director at Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL), said. He said that the remaining 102 km section of the Western DFC will be commissioned in phases.
“By December, we are expecting to commission the remaining portion of the Western DFC. This section will be commissioned in a phased manner so that its potential can be realised earlier. In June this year, we are planning to commission one of the blocks,” he said.
