(CKB), a 100 Plus Year old Company, was conferred with 2 Prestigious Accolades at a Glittering Evening of India Maritime Awards – 7th Edition, Organised & Managed by Daily Shipping Times, in Mumbai at Hotel Sahara Star on Friday, 7th July 2023. CKB bagged “Freight Forwarder of the Year (Containers)” and “Customs Broker of the Year (Export & Import)” Awards due to their excellent performance over its peers.

Mr. Darshan Sheth, Mr. Apurva Sheth alongwith CKB Team received the Award on behalf of CKB Group. Notably, Chinubhai Kalidass & Bros. has been receiving these Awards for the 7th Consecutive year at India Maritime Awards and 10th Consecutive years at Gujarat Star Awards. In the year 1917, when Nations across the World declared war against each other, the Sheth Brothers (Late Chinubhai Kalidass Sheth and Late Surendrabhai Kalidass Sheth ) in India were planning to break away from their traditional family business of textile trading and started a new business. In these challenging pre Independence times in India on 6th of February 1917, in Bombay (Now Mumbai), was born Chinubhai Kalidass & Bros - CKB.
