Chennai - Cargomen has announced the appointment of Mr Suresh Pillhai as Country Head - Freight, effective from May 31, 2023. “With this significant addition to our team, we are poised to take our freight operations to new heights and expand our customer base in India and around the world,” the company emphasised in a statement.

In his new role, Mr. Pillhai will be leading the Freight Forwarding Team, spearheading efforts to not only grow the company’s existing operations but also actively seek out new customers. His extensive experience and expertise in the logistics industry make him the perfect fit for this critical position. 

Mr Pillhai holds an MBA in Marketing from NIMS, Chennai, which is affiliated with the University of Missouri, USA. Additionally, he has completed his Post Graduation from Chennai University. 

With a remarkable career spanning over 32 years, Mr Pillhai has honed his skills and industry knowledge through various prestigious roles. He was associated with NTC Logistics, Chennai as President - Logistic - CHA. Prior to that, he has held positions at NTC Logistics, Weiss Rohlig, C. H. Robinson, Bax Global Hellman, UPS and Blue Dart.

Based out of Cargomen’s Chennai office, Mr Pillhai will be instrumental in driving the company’s freight operations forward.
