ANTWERP : During the SDG week from 26 to 30 October, the port community will put sustainable initiatives in the spotlight. In this way, Port of Antwerp is also showing how, along with our stakeholders, it has a pioneering role in a sustainable transition. The United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are the guiding principles in this.

 

Five of these SDGs are at the heart of Port of Antwerp's sustainability policy and business plan: health & welfare, work & economic growth, innovation, sustainable cities & communities and climate action. The sixth SDG, around partnerships, provides a solid foundation. In order to make the port more climate-friendly, safer and more efficient, Port of Antwerp is strongly committed to innovation. The fixed values, the Sustainability trend report and the Sustainability award are getting a new look.
