AHMEDABAD : Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd’s (APSEZ) on Wednesday (September 10) said its step-down subsidiary, Mandhata Build Estate Limited, has acquired the entire 100% stake in Dependencia Logistics Private Limited from Windson Projects LLP for ₹37.77 crore.
