Adani Ports record 35.8 MMT of cargo volumes in May’24

Adani Gangavaram Port achieves a new record in handling Rakes & Cargo

AHMEDABAD : Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), an arm of Adani Group, handled 35.8 MMT of cargo volumes in the month of May, which is almost flat considering year-on-year (YoY) growth.

The company said due to shutdown of the Gangavaram Port, APSEZ lost around 6 MMT of cargo volumes in April and May’24. However, with the operations now restarted, the company is confident of recovering these lost volumes in the coming months.
