Mumbai - India’s goods exports were resilient in the first half of the fiscal despite headwinds from trade and tariff uncertainty, Barclays said Tuesday as it expects the ‘secondary’ 25% tariffs on India to be waived off by year end amid reduced purchases of Russian oil. Trade talks on the reciprocal’ tariffs, on the other hand, are likely to linger, it said, while highlighting dumping risks . . .
