Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL), a Navratna public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Visakhapatnam Port Authority (VPA) for infrastructure development projects worth ₹5.35 billion.
