DPA revamps Pipelines for Oil Jetties; berths 1st Vessel through revamped Pipelines

Gandhidham - Deendayal Port Authority, Kandla is in the process of revamping the pipelines of Oil Jetties for augmenting its capacity as well as enhancing the productivity. On 03-09-2023. M.T. GUNES, became the first vessel to berth at Oil Jetty-01 for discharging through the revamped pipelines. The ship will unload 18,150 MT of Cane Molasses. The vessel has discharged at an average pumping rate of 550 MTPH till 07:00 Hrs on date, which is an increase of about 100% compared to earlier average productivity of 275 MTPH. The flow rate of last hour was 613 MT.
