SHANGHAI: Last September, CULINES launched its South China – USWC TPC service, which has received broad attention and recognition in the market. After the operation of over half a year, CULINES has recently announced to launch its TP2.0 services, of which the upgraded TPC is the flagship. The voyage MV RENJIAN 09 E2217 on May 5 at YICT would be the official launch.
On this voyage, about 2,200 TEUs have been loaded at YICT, some of which are e-commerce cargoes of BCO customers with newly signed long-term contracts with CULINES.
Premium and Value-Added Services
CULINES joins hands with a US digital logistics partner on trucks and depots to provide a dedicated chassis pool for customized solutions:
• peel pile from the terminal: faster pick-up for big customers from the terminal
• free flow from off-dock depot: faster pick-up from off-dock depot for big customers
• on-wheel from off-dock depot: chassis provided
Following value-added services are also available:
• faster empty return: appointment-free and no laden pick-up requirement for most empty returns
• upgraded customer service: key account manager, dedicated customer service, online booking, inquiry, and payment to be provided step by step.
Well-Established Network
Besides South China, the TPC service also accepts transshipment cargos from Thailand (Bangkok/Laem Chabang), Vietnam (Haiphong/Ho Chi Minh), Taiwan (Taichung, Keelung, Kaohsiung), India, and the Middle East.
