Today the Group’s turnover at USD 266 million boasts of offering complete supply chain logistics covering cargo movement by Ocean and Air, enhancing their transport fleet especially the specialized fleet to carry over dimensional cargo, warehousing solutions and chartering. Having been a leader in Project Cargo in the renewables segment - wind and solar - it has now taken on significantly in EPC projects in the Country.
NTC Group, in a bid to expand its Ocean LCL business, especially in terms of reaching out to the emerging businesses, particularly the SME’s and MSME’s across the Country, have launched a dedicated company – BOXORY LOGISTICS PVT. LTD.
Speaking at the inaugural function, Chairman and Managing Director, Dr. K. Chandramohan said “Today I harbor a sense of immense pride as I see my initial Vision gather shape and at this juncture my aspirations continue to make the NTC group a global conglomerate which will encompass inter-serving verticals across, Engineering, Infrastructure, Green energy, Manufacturing, and distribution, Enabling technology, Agro and Organic Food products development and reach the 2 Billion USD mark by the year 2025.
We are happy to have the division headed by Ms. Shantha Martin, as the Global CEO of the NTC Group’s Logistics Division (Global Freight Forwarding and CHA). Under her Leadership we have already set up our presence across
India with 21 offices in all the major cities and strategic Tier II locations, with an air to penetrate the hinterlands. As per her strategic roadmap, NTC Logistics has also embarked itself in enhancing its overseas presence. Having already set up a base in Hong Kong and the recent addition of Malaysia is a step forward in that direction.”
Having set its foot in Logistics arena, the NTC Group, in terms of surface transport, today has a fleet size of 2500 trailers, which has helped NTC to leverage its reach across the Country, thereby helping it serve the remote hinterlands. The focus to serve customers at the bottom of the pyramid has led to establishing BOXORY to cater to LCL cargo movement pan India, which will enable the end-to-end logistics needs of emerging and developed exporters and importers.
